1. Eligibility

Only registered students with a valid Student ID card from a recognized institution are eligible for the Student Friend Scheme.

2. Registration Fee

A one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹250 is required to activate your student membership.

3. Tiffin Service

• Tiffin service is available at ₹3,000/month.
• Next month requires re-booking separately.
• Menu items are subject to availability.

4. Referral Program

• ₹300 wallet bonus is credited for each genuine student referral.
• Maximum 5 referrals allowed in 2 months.
• Bonus will be credited only after the referred student's first payment.

5. Wallet & Payments

• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Wallet balance can be used for meal orders, tiffin bookings, and more.
• Unauthorized use may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are only processed in case of genuine service failure.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior with our staff.
• Any misuse of the Student Scheme will lead to immediate termination.
• Fraudulent activities will result in legal action.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for identity verification and order processing. We never share your data with third parties.

9. Modification of Terms

Tripti Foods reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.

10. Agreement

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you agree to abide by the rules of the Student Friend Scheme.
